What you should know
LH Properties is our licensed brokerage, handling sales, leasing, off-plan and property management across Dubai. If your request is a home rather than a service around one, that is the right door — and it is the same people either way.
The two sides fit together naturally. Buyers get handover inspection, snagging and fit-out through the concierge. Landlords get tenant handling and maintenance. New arrivals get the lease first, then everything that has to happen in the ninety days after it.

Snagging is a professional inspection of a newly handed-over property to document defects before you accept it, so the developer fixes them at their cost. On a new handover it is almost always worth doing.
