What you should know
Short-term rental in Dubai is licensed and regulated, which is good news — but it means the difference between a professionally run holiday home and an unlicensed sublet is large, and it is not always obvious from the listing. Everything we offer holds a valid holiday-home permit.
For stays over a month, rates drop sharply and are worth negotiating rather than accepting. That is the part we handle. If you are relocating and need somewhere for six weeks while your furniture clears customs, this is usually the cheapest and least stressful option available to you.
Common questions
Yes, when the property holds a holiday-home permit from the Department of Economy and Tourism. Unlicensed short-term lets are not legal, and guests can be affected if the property is reported. Everything on our books is licensed.
Bookings start from a single night, though rates improve significantly from seven nights and again from thirty. For relocations we negotiate a monthly rate.
Usually a refundable security deposit, plus a tourism fee charged per night per room. We confirm both figures before you book.
Usually yes, though availability in peak season between November and March is tight. The earlier you tell us, the better the options and the price.
