What you should know
Car rental in Dubai is easy to get wrong. Headline day rates hide security deposits that sit on your card for weeks, mileage caps that turn a weekend drive into a four-figure bill, and insurance excesses that only surface after a scratch. We have already worked through all of it, so you do not have to.
For residents, a monthly lease is almost always cheaper than a daily rate and usually includes servicing, registration and replacement cover. For visitors, a chauffeur often costs less than two airport transfers plus parking. We will tell you which one applies to you before you book anything.
Common questions
Visitors from many countries can drive on their home licence with an International Driving Permit, and tourists on a visit visa can rent directly. UAE residents need a UAE licence. We confirm exactly what your nationality and visa status require before anything is booked.
It varies by vehicle and by company, and on exotic cars it can be substantial. We tell you the deposit, the hold period and the refund process in writing before you commit, so nothing is a surprise.
Yes. Delivery and collection anywhere in Dubai is standard, and we arrange delivery across the other Emirates on request.
A chauffeur is dedicated to you for a booked period and waits between journeys. A car with a driver is usually point to point. If you have a full day of meetings, a chauffeur is normally both cheaper and less trouble.
