What you should know
Most of what makes living in Dubai easy is knowing who to call, and that knowledge is unevenly distributed. A good AC technician, an honest villa handyman, a nanny agency that actually screens, a florist who delivers on time in August — these are the things residents accumulate slowly over years, usually by getting them wrong first.
We hold that list on your behalf. Over time we also hold your preferences: the table you like, the airline seat, the birthdays we should remind you about. There is no membership fee for this, and no retainer — we would rather keep you for years than win a single booking.

No. There is currently no joining fee and no retainer. You pay for what you book, at the price we quote you, with everything it includes set out in advance.

Usually within a few hours during the day, and the same day for anything urgent. You are messaging a person, not a ticketing system.
Yes — maids, nannies and drivers, always through the properly licensed route. Informal arrangements are common in Dubai and they put the household at risk, so it is not something we will help you do.
